Self care
This series is not something I would have photographed of myself usually, or shared. But right now at a time, during a pandemic, when we are all feeling; isolated, restless, and yet still hopeful, I turned to myself for portraiture. Exploring that feeling of isolation, and instead of filling that space with anxiety I found myself filling it with gratitude. In what I otherwise take for granted everyday, not just in my daily routine, but in my body itself. Im am lucky to be here, to me, and to fill this isolation with self love and growth.
