Alex grew up in Pittsburgh, PA. She began photographing as a hobby and quickly fell in love. Alex attended Columbia College in Chicago graduating with a Bachelors in Commercial Photography. She feels passionately about celebrating and embracing humans beings as they are in her work.

Currently Alex lives in Manhattan with her three huskies, photographing editorial, street, and unit stills.
